Children are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis depending upon availability of spaces and classroom scheduling. A non-refundable $75.00 application/enrollment fee secures an offer for the next available opening in the appropriate age grouping/classroom. Little Oaks Academy’s policy requires full immunizations and submission of a current Department of Health Certificate of Immunization (TWIS Form) prior to admission, or at two months if child is admitted earlier. Children under the age of thirty (30) months must also have proof of a physical examination completed within three months prior to the date of enrollment. In addition to the non-refundable $75.00 registration fee per child due upon enrollment or addition to the waiting list, we also require a tuition closure fee totaling 50% of the child’s current tuition be paid within the first month of enrollment and maintained for the duration of their enrollment. Upon two week’s notice of withdrawal, this fee will be applied to the final bill or refunded. We offer a multi-child discount for each additional child.
